Hi, I'm just wondering how do I change the email so that I can get the sync reports after syncing TSheets to QuickBooks?

Keeping your email and other details up to date plays a key role in working with QuickBooks products, including QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Time (formerly called TSheets). I want to make sure you have the right direction so that your reports sync properly with your books and you don't have to take extra steps to get the information you need.

 

The setting you're referring to sounds like it'd be something available in QuickBooks Time, so I recommend starting there. If that doesn't help, however, I recommend connecting with QuickBooks Time support directly.
