Why are the T4s not updating Boxes 57 to 60? The boxes are empty. The popup says we have updated QB calculated amount for boxes 57-60. But not so

Hi there, @lovers. I can share with you some information about the boxes 57 to 60 on the T4 form.

The Box 57-60 in T4 form is for the wage subsidy for the year 2020 only. That said, those boxes should be blank for this 2021's T4. If you wish to modify the boxes on the T4 slip, you can use this article as your reference: How to edit COVID-related boxes on the T4 slip.

How can I get my T4?

Hi RoselineUgoh.

Being able to access your T4 is important so you can file your taxes with the government. I'd be happy to let you know who to contact to get your T4.

I recommend contacting your employer to send you a copy of your T4 or let you know where to go it if they have it locally stored for you to access.

If you have any questions about QuickBooks let us know and we'd be happy to help.
