t4 box 26 is showing CPP earning but Box 28 is marked at CPP Exempt.

t4 box 26 is showing CPP earning but Box 28 is marked at CPP Exempt. can't change it on T4 screen. it looks like it changes to zero but brings it back when printing

For help with CPP showing as both calculated and exempt on the same T4, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll support team. They'll be able to assist in helping you make the employee's information is set up properly, as well as view the forms in question with you to assist in having the right balance of CPP showing in box 26.
