TD web connect is not working? It won't download transactions. Is there a work around?

Thank you for reaching out about your bank connection. QuickBooks Online is a tool that can connect with the sites of different banks to import transactions in order to save you time with data entry. I can provide some information about bank connection errors.

 

Indeed, as listed on the QuickBooks Online Bank feed status page, TD Bank (Toronto Dominion) has a known error, and engineers are working to resolve the issue with the connection as quickly as possible.

 

The first step I would suggest is to update the credentials of the bank account in question. To do this, go to the Banking tab, then click the Pencil icon to the right of the affected account to select Edit Sign-in info. Enter the information you use to log in to the bank’s website, then save. If you see that the connection is marked as connected, click the Update option in the upper right corner to attempt to import new transactions.
