Question

The BMO sync is creating duplicate credit card transactions in QB. At a guess it looks like it is taking the PENDING transactions and the POSTED.

Welcome back to the Community. The issue you've described isn't normal behaviour in QuickBooks. Rest assured, I'll be glad to steer you on the right path so you can continue to enjoy using the Banking module. 

 

First, I recommend disconnecting the bank and reconnecting it again in case there may be an issue with the connection/integration. Once you've done this, you can proceed with deleting the unwanted transactions using the steps below:

 

1. Navigate to the Banking/Transactions menu.
2. Click on the For Review tab.
3. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
4. Hit Exclude.
