The certification pages are not working

The certification pages (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/accountants/training/) are not working.

After I clicked the 'Register‘ button and signed in, the next page appears '

We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested.

You may have incorrectly typed the address (URL) or clicked on an outdated link.

Hi borisliu,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to access training tools for QuickBooks Online Accountant certification.  I'd be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  In addition, I suggest trying other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome or Safari.  You can also access the training modules and webinars within your QuickBooks Online account by following these steps;

 

1. From the left menu, open ProAdvisor then Training

2. Choose Webinar or Self Paced

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
