Let's get this working, colvillebarnes.

I want to make sure the ABS PDF driver is properly installed in QuickBooks Desktop.

Let's better isolate this issue by restarting the ABS PDF Driver Download and try reinstalling it again on your computer.

If the same thing happens, run a speed test to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), this can contribute to the installation issues depending on Internet traffic on the software. Just simply click this link: http://www.internetfrog.com/mypc/speedtest/.

Once done, if you have the ABS PDF Drive CD, try to install it and look for the folder location \ThirdParty\ABS. Then, run the ABS installer directly from it to ensure the installation process will be completed. If you don't have it, you can download the ABS PDF Driver directly from the website.

If these troubleshooting steps don't help, I'd recommend calling our QuickBooks Desktop Technical Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and help you install the PDF driver.

You can go ahead and give them a call. Everything will be taken care of for you. If you need help with QuickBooks, just leave a comment below and I'll be sure to get back to you.

In the meantime, what should we do with the installer? Not sure if I should just keep letting it run or if I should hit cancel?
