Tracking mileage in QuickBooks Online is such a great way to take advantage of all the convenient tools available a cloud-based accounting platform. I know how important it is to be able to access the Mileage Tracking feature in the mobile app so you can account for your business-related trips. I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you so you can get back on track. 

 

Our engineers have recently been made aware of an ongoing issue with the Mileage tab in the QBO mobile app on iOS. Users are noticing an inability to track their trips, or may be missing the Mileage option all together.

 

I'd recommend completing a few preliminary troubleshooting steps to see if you're able to resolve the issue on your end. Try clearing the app's cache from your phone's settings. If you're still noticing an issue with the Mileage tab, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.
