Question

The supplier transaction list does not show it has an attachment when it actually does.

In the supplier transaction list I have the attachment column activated but it has nothing there when all bills have attachments

Thanks for connecting with us here. It's important that you're able to view you supplier transaction list with the information you've selected from the available preferences.  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to accomplish your tasks seamlessly.  I'd be glad to shed some light on this for you!

 

If you've captured your bills and expenses with the 'snap receipt' feature and uploaded them to QuickBooks, you'll need to review, add or match them.  Otherwise, they won't be in QuickBooks yet.  Click here, to learn more about matching receipts and bills.   If you're still not able to see the attachments in the transaction list, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, then log in using a private/incognito window, to see if you get the same result.
