Question

The system doesn't allow changing the Primary Admin. It says it did, but nothing happens. Please help

I followed the steps required to change the Primary Admin function from me to my client. The system says it changed. However, when I see the User List it says that I am still the Primary Admin and my client is still a Company Admin. Please help

Thanks for reaching out here.  I appreciate your efforts in changing the Primary Admin on your client's QuickBooks Online account.  It's important that the role change is complete, to ensure they're registered as the Primary Admin on their books.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

When you invite the user to become the Primary Admin, they must accept the invitation that is sent to their email address.  Once this has been accomplished, the role transfer will be successfully completed and you'll see this updated in the Manage Users section.  Here's a helpful guide, for your reference.
