There is an error when I try to turn on the payroll module, how can I fix this?

Being able to activate and use Payroll with your QuickBooks Online is a great way to get your employees paid while keeping track of all the financials. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.

 

Our technicians are currently aware of the issue with getting payroll turned on for an account. To see if this is what is also affecting your account I recommend you call in to our support team so they can look into your account to verify. Once verified you'll be added to the ticket and receive updates on this issue and any work arounds or fixes.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
