I appreciate you sharing the exact error message you're seeing when working with your transactions in QuickBooks Online. This is a helpful step in determining what's going on, and it's good to see you've also verified that all of the information on the transaction is correct. I can shed some light on this.

 

Today, we had a number of reports of this error message for users working with expenses, bills, and invoices. We brought it up to our team and, when I just checked up on it, I'm seeing a note saying that the error should be resolved and things should be good to go now. If you're still seeing the error, however, don't worry, I've got a few troubleshooting steps for you.

 

The first troubleshooting step is to log out and log back into QuickBooks Online. You can even combine that troubleshooting step with the next one, which is to clear your cache. Clearing the cache should automatically log you out anyway, so you can clear your cache, then log back in to try to save the transaction again. Keep in mind that both of these steps will result in any unsaved information being lost, so please make note of anything on the transaction that you'll need when you try to re-enter it afterward.
