Question

Today, my cheques started to print in reduced size. They look okay on screen but print even to file at about 60%. Any idea what has changed?

It's essential you're able to view full-sized cheques and I'll be happy to give you a hand with this. 

 

QuickBooks allows you to seamlessly manage your transactions so you can get ahead with your work. I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies. Let me know if the cheque size changes. If this doesn't work, I suggest checking your printer settings to make sure the print size is 100%. Turning the printer on and off does the trick. I recommend giving that a try.
