Transactions can have only one foreign currency at a time error

I am trying to import an invoice from a third party system. At first I received the error "Multi Currency should be enabled to perform this operation". At which point I turned on that option. I am now are receiving a "Transactions can have only one foreign currency at a time". The invocies are in Canadian Dollars and that is what my home currency is set to. How do I rectify this?

Based on what you've described, I recommend double-checking the invoice to make sure the currency matches your home currency in QuickBooks. Are there more than one currencies displaying on your invoice? In case this issue persists after checking, I encourage you to try importing the invoice using a private/incognito window as this helps by-pass most browser related issues. I also recommend getting in touch with our support team so they can assist you further with this. Here are our contact details:

Hi

 

Thank you for your response. The invoices are only in Canadian dollars. I tried using incognito mode and importing but I still received the same error. I did try chatting in a few times and they were not able to provide any insight. Any other ideas? Thanks
