Transactions from secondary card holder not downloading

The transactions associated to a secondary card on my credit card account are no longer syncing and downloading with a connected bank account.  The primary card transactions are downloading normally.  This is a new problem since January of this year.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. Can you tell me if you get the same results if you try in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do.

 

Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

I’m unclear how this is a browser issue on my side?  The QB system seems to be excluding and missing certain transactions when it retrieves data from the bank directly in the sync process. I don’t see how my browser is dictating what is sync’s through a secured connection to the bank server.
