Transactions (payments) showing in my bank fee are classified as expenses. Should credit card payments from my bank account be classified as Transfers?

It's great you're using QuickBooks to save time while managing your banking with ease. I'd be happy to assist with sharing more info about classifying your transactions. 

Based on your description, it's completely up to you to classify the payments as transfers or as expenses. If you'd like to edit the transactions, follow the steps below: 

1. Click the Banking tab in the left navigation bar.
2. Make sure the correct account that you need to work in is highlighted in blue at the top of the page.
3. Find the Reviewed tab.
4. Place a check mark in the box(es) for the transactions you'd like to undo.
5. Choose the Undo button that appears at the top of the list.

These transactions will then be moved back to the For Review section. From this section, you can now re-classify the transactions. Here's a helpful article with more info on: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
