Trouble with sync between QBO and QBT

I have been using this QBT, used to be Tsheets, for several years. Last week it started intermittently not syncing with QBO. The time showing on my device was not the same as my employees. Can someone help me with this?

It's important that your time entries are correctly imported so that they appear correctly in your Books. QuickBooks Time is a great tool that allows your employees to punch themselves in through various ways when arriving at work. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with QuickBooks Time.

 

In order to have assistance with the import process for QuickBooks Time, you would need to reach out to the QuickBooks Time support team. They'll be able to troubleshoot the link between QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online to make sure that the transactions import properly.
