Trying to unsubscribe and keep getting payments details not found, how to resolve this?

Hi lizzysfoodgiftbo,

 

I'm disappointed to hear that you're leaving us; thank you for your patronage. QuickBooks Online will store your information in its cloud-based server for a year if you change your mind. I'll provide you with the path for cancelling your account.

 

The only user with the ability to cancel the account is the Primary Admin. If this is you, check to be sure you've followed the steps in the article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. If you have and are getting this error, you may need to clear your cache and cookies. Every time you open a webpage on your computer, it downloads cookies into your cache. It'll fill up and disrupt communication in internet-based programs like QuickBooks Online unless you empty it.

 

Follow these easy steps to troubleshoot your browser:

Between steps, check to see if the issue has been resolved. You may be required to log out or back into your QuickBooks Online account.

 

If you're still unable to complete the process reach out to a support agent. They'll be able to collect your personal details that can't be shared in a public forum like QuickBooks Community and assist you.
