Unable to access 1/3 Companies in our QBO

Hello, so I was mid transaction, editing an invoice when it booted me out (3hours ago) and gave me the below message. I can get into the other companies just not this one which is of course our main company.

Can you tell me if you get the same results if you try in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do.
Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
