Unable to update to quickbooks enterprise solutions 22.0 from 20.0 R13P

I am not getting the update prompt my other colleagues are getting, when I try to check for updates all the updates are already installed and running the 22.0 install and using the license and product code it tells me that the product code is incorrect. Other colleagues have updated to 22.0 and now I am unable to open quickbook files

Having all computers using the same version of QuickBooks is imperative to ensure everyone can access the company file. I'd be happy to help you with updating your QuickBooks.

 

Updating your QuickBooks for a release is a lot different than upgrading to a new year. In order to have QuickBooks Enterprise 22.0 you'd first need to download it from our website. This can be done by using this link. This would download the installer for 22.0 and once the download is done you just need to install it using the correct license information. If you don't have the license information I recommend reaching out to the primary user on the account or contacting our support team if you're on the account. We have tried using the same information that is on the 20.0 install but it shows that the product number is incorrect for the 22.0 installation

Hi Again.

 

The license information is different for every year of QuickBooks that is released. The product number would not be the same for QuickBooks Enterprise 22.0 as it was for 20.0. If you don't have the license information I suggest contacting our support team to get it provided.
