Until recently I could click on spy glass...search in top right and see all my entries as I posted...I can't see them anymore... Why???

The magnifying glass tool in QuickBooks Online is a great option for seeing recent activity you've completed in your books. I want to assure you that this option is still available and I can help you with figuring out what's going on here.

 

Since QuickBooks Online is used via the Internet and Internet connection, it can also be affected by those things. The best way to keep QuickBooks in top performance is to regularly clear your browser cache to clear out temporary data that can be causing problems. I'll post a link on how to do that, as well as other troubleshooting steps you can try to see if it brings back your transactions in that feature. After each step, take a look at the magnifying glass to see if your transactions are there.
