I also logged into my account and try to find credit card info there to see if i could up date it but my account does not have any information or products attached to it. Great job trying to update your credit card when you received the notice. To speak more about your subscription code, that is a code that is provided on every receipt that is sent to you but I know it can sometimes be overlooked. If you don't have a previous bill to find this number or rather just have the credit card updated right away you can contact our support team by calling the number in this link. They can also provide you with the subscription code for future reference.
