Update Sign In for bank will not connect
Hello!
I am trying to update the sign-in information for my connected credit card (Home Depot). I have cleared my cache, cookies multiple times. It has given me two issues:
1- When I click "Update my sign in information" It takes me to the Home Depot sign in & tells me my credentials are incorrect (THEY ARE NOT. I even changed the password to see if it would help). If I do try to sign in separately to the credit card at Home Depot.ca it does work just not via Quickbooks Online.
2-Now, when I click "Update my sign in information" it tries to open in another page however immediatley closes & I do not get the opportunity to enter credentials. (THIS IS THE CURRENT ISSUE NOW)
I have updated my antivirus, cleared cache, cookies, restarted my system, added the websites as exceptions in my antivirus, disabled pop up blocker.
Any suggestions?
