I have dealt with Data services before. Received a call today, from them apparently.  Our online file is not updating.  Have to upload file and pay for support get it fixed?

Totally sounds like a scam to me?

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

Why did you contact Data Service team? Did you need to convert data from QB Desktop to QB Online, or else?

They called me.  We updated about 2 years ago now
