Upgrade 3-User Desktop QuickBooks Pro 2017 to 1-user QuickBooks Pro 2020

Hi, Currently, we are running the 3-user Desktop QuickBooks Pro 2017.  And, we would like to upgrade it to the 1-user Desktop QuickBooks Pro 2020.  Could somebody please help us to let us know that if there will be any issue by doing so?  And, when should we remove the other 2 users, before the QB Pro 2020 upgrade or afterwards?  Thanks!

QB Desktop 3 users = you may install the license and activate it on up to 3 computers and your team may work on the same file for up to 3 users at the same time.

 

To lower the risk, switch your data file to single user mode prior opening it on your new QB 2020.
