Here are the steps you'll need to follow in order to manually add a vehicles odometer mileage:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser.
2. Navigate to the Mileage or Trips menu​.
3. Click on Add Trip.
4. Add the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and the purpose.
5. Select Save.
