Hi there,

Printing your cheques from QuickBooks Online is quick and easy. You can print your own cheques and pay your expenses, suppliers and employees with guaranteed compatible cheques for QuickBooks. If you're finding that your voucher cheques aren't displaying all the necessary information, I'd be happy to shed some light on what may be happening.

Before you print your cheques, it's important to go through the print cheques setup. This walks you through getting your printer and cheques to line up. Once the setup’s done, your settings are saved for future use. I recommend reviewing that article to ensure your cheques have been properly aligned.

You'll want to ensure that none of your printer settings have changed. Sometimes the issue can come from the printer's end, rather than from QuickBooks. We want to explore every possibility. Make sure to check the formatting options, such as Landscape or Portrait orientation.

Another important thing to note is whether or not you've updated your operating system or browser. There may be an overarching issue at play. If you're finding issues using your browser, try a different browser and see if you get the same result.

Here's even more information about the cheque printing process in QuickBooks Online: How to print cheques.

If you're still unsure why you're not seeing all of your information on your voucher cheque, please reach out to our tech support team so we can take a closer look.

Cheers.
