Question

We have had billable time entries and expenses.We have billed them already without bringing in the billable expenses.. Question is .How do we eliminate old billable expenses as a group without opening every individual transaction and make unbillable.

Hello, 

 

Having the option to delete old expenses that you no longer wish to have in your account is important in ensuring your books are clean and tidy. There's no need to open each transaction in order to delete them.

 

The option to delete multiple expenses at once isn't available at this time. It's our priority to ensure that you're able to control the information in your books, while making the process simple. 

Here's how to delete expenses without opening each individual transaction:

 

1. Click the Expenses tab on the left navigation menu.

2. Next to each transaction you'd like to delete, click the small triangle drop-down button in the Action column.

3. Select Delete. 

 

Although you're not able to do this for multiple transactions at once, you don't have to open the expenses in order to delete them. I think having the option to delete transactions in bulk is a great idea. I'll pass on your feedback to my team for review.
