Question

We have integrated QBO API into our internal order management system. We are now receiving DB overload messages. Can we move our account to a high availability zone?

Hi norman7,

It's awesome that you're integrating QuickBooks Online with other management systems. I know how this sort of thing can help work flow exponentially, and I want to make sure you're getting the assistance you need with this situation so you don't have messages that are preventing you from working.

It sounds like you may be working your own integration, and if that's the case, the best course of action is to connect with support via the Intuit Developer page. That page is designed to help folks who are working on their own partner apps or integrations with QuickBooks Online so that you can make the connection as smoothly as possible.

If what you mean to say is the order management system you're working with offers an integration option for QuickBooks Online, but you didn't develop it, please instead reach out to the support team for the order management system so they can go over the integration options with you. Likewise, if you're using a partner app to connect the system to QuickBooks Online, select the Apps tab in product, My Apps, and then the app you're using. There, you'll see contact details for that app's support team where you can also ask these kinds of questions.

I hope this helps you get back on track! Have a great rest of your day.
