We received your QuickBooks subscription payment!

Hi, 
How do I change the email address for receipt of the monthly "We received your QuickBooks subscription payment!" emails from Quicken.  They currently come to me as Administrator but I want them to go to our accounting dept.  Thanks

Here's how to change the email for notifications: 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on  your profile icon next to Settings .
  3. Select Manage your Intuit Account. This opens the Intuit Account Manager.
  4. Select the Sign in & security menu.
  5. Select the User ID, Email address, or Password section.
  6. Make your changes.
  7. When you're done, make sure to hit Save.
