What do I do when I get an error message when I click "submit" to process payroll? It says "There was an error in processing your last request."

I entered all info earlier today and clicked "save for later". Now it tries to "create cheques" and then gives the error message.

Getting error messages while working on your payroll can be a time consuming process. My goal is to get you back on track so you can experience the full benefits of QuickBooks Online and get your staff paid on time. 

 

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser to start. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. In case you're using the desktop app, I suggest refreshing the app data by clicking Help > Refresh App Data. This works the same way as clearing cache and cookies on a web browser. If the error persists, I highly recommend contacting our support tea using the details below:
