What do you do when the gear icon is missing?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for taking the time to post in the Community. It's important you're able to click on your gear icon so you can use the great features offered in QuickBooks. 

 

When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. I encourage you to give this a try by following the instructions on this link: Clear Cache and Cookies. Once you've done this, feel free to reach back to me if you're still not seeing the gear icon. I'll be on standby.

I tried Refresh..then tried going Incognito ..and then tried clearing my cache in Google Chrome, but nothing seems to work
