What does "manually added from bank feeds" mean?

I am doing reconcile in quickbooks, I see it says "manually added from bank feeds" for a lot of transactions, are these transaction entries input by me manually or are these entries just show up when they sync from the bank statement?

Because if the entry comes from the bank then it basically can not be wrong, if the entry is what I typed in manually it could be a duplicate, so I really want to know.
