What is "(Error code: PLT-2070, type: VALIDATION_ERROR)" when I click transfer billing?

When I click transfer billing, I get the error "Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message. (Error code: PLT-2070, type: VALIDATION_ERROR)" 

Any ideas how to solve this?

I appreciate you reaching out here.  Welcome!  The experience you're having is a known issue, so you're not alone.  The QuickBooks Online Development Team is currently investigating the behavior to ensure it's resolved as soon as possible.  If you'd like to be notified when this has been fixed, please contact us.  We'd be happy to set you up with an email notification so you can transfer the billing from your firm without the unexpected error.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
