What should i do when automatically transactions are added by QBO Online Banking Administration for card holders when added to QBO?

While adding the card holders account in Qbo some transactions are automatically posted  whose amounts are not provided in bankfeed also and it was added by Online Banking Transactions. So how to get rid of these problems?

Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Payments is a dynamic way to enable your customers to pay directly from the invoice they receive.  Having transactions posted, without seeing the amounts in your bank register, can be of concern.  I'd be happy to help!

 

In this situation, I suggest contacting our Customer Care team outside of Community for a more in depth view.  With your consent, they'll be able to review the transactions and provide the necessary information to ensure your funds are received and properly recorded, to ensure your books are up-to-date and balanced.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
