What will happen to the pre 2024 QuickBooks versions after May 31st? Will they still function if you are not using payroll or any on-line functionality??

If you have QBD 2018-2020 with a non subscription license, you can use them for good. You can't use any add-ons with any outdated versions.

Do you have QB Desktop with a non subscription license or a subscription license?

The older versions 2018-2020 have Non subscription licenses.
