Question

When asked to verify banking info I get an error 404>I have cleared cache and cleared all data. Restarted phone. Still does not allow me to synch the banking info

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to connect to various banks to import transactions. This can help you save time with data entry. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with connecting your bank.

 

Thank you for trying the steps mentioned above. The next step I recommend trying if not done already would be to try to establish the connection while logged into QuickBooks Online on a computer instead of a phone. If the error persists after that, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to analyze the connection attempt and error message with you in the system to be able to provide further troubleshooting steps as well as collect the necessary information in a secure setting to notify the engineers of the error.
