When i downloaded bank statements into QuickBooks it didn't download from 12/11/2018 - 04/10/19.How do i retrieve those statements?

I'm happy to have you join us here in the QuickBooks Online community. Making sure you have all of the banking transactions you need in your book is important and QuickBooks helps you do that by giving you the option to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

That article I just linked explains the steps you need to take, but here's a brief overview. To start, you'll log into your bank's website to download CSV, QBO, QFX, or OFX files that you can then upload into the program. Once you have them, go to the Banking tab, and choose the drop-down arrow beside the Update button. Select File upload and follow the steps to upload your file from the bank.
