Hi there,

I want to make sure you're able to get back on track with your tax tasks. QuickBooks Online has a few areas where you may need to enter your company information. If you're running into an error message regarding the company information, I'll point you in the right direction for support.

First, it's important that you're entering your Canadian business address according to what is displayed on Google Maps. QBO uses Google's database to pull the proper address information, such as the postal code and street address.

If you've entered your address accordingly and you're getting an error message, there may be something going on in the back-end. In this instance, I'd recommend reaching out to our tech support team. These agents have the ability to remotely share your screen in order to see exactly what's happening on your end.

I hope this helps get you back on track.

Have a great day.
