Question

When I open tagged transactions group, it says no transactions found. Further, report in not running related to such tagged transactions. How to resolve this issue?

I can see that there are 1000+ transactions when I go to tags tab, but when I try to open a specific group of tab it says "No transactions found"

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to track your transactions effortlessly and stay ahead of your work.  It's important that you're able to see your tagged transactions when running reports.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

In this situation, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  This will help with loading times, formatting issues and improve the overall performance and loading times on your system.  Once you've completed that process, I recommend running the report for your tagged transactions again and double check the Report Period.  You can use the ▼ dropdown menu to enter a custom date range.  Here's a helpful guide about Tagging Transactions, for your reference.
