Question

When I print an estimate or invoice, our logo is the only thing that prints. Its not my printer, i can print anything, but not from QB. Setting Maybe? Was fine earlier.

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  It's essential that you're able to print your QuickBooks Online forms seamlessly.  The issue you've described is definitely concerning and it's important that your forms are complete.  In this situation, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community for an in depth review of the unexpected behavior.  Our Customer Care team will have the ability to escalate the situation for further investigation, if needed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
