When i try to print a pst paycheque history I get a message saying document has yet to be scanned pls try again. help?

Hi tammiedueck,

 

Welcome to Community!  The message you're seeing when trying to print a paystub in QuickBooks Online Payroll, has been a known issue.  However, our Development Team has completed their investigation and resolved the issue.  

 

Please sign out of your QuickBooks Online account and clear cache on your browser.  Log back into your books, then proceed to print the paystubs again.  If you experience the same result, please contact us outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team will have the ability to work with you in real time and review the issue in more depth.

 

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
