Question

When I upload transactions manually, it only uploads a portion of the CSV spreadsheet, leaving many entries unaccounted for. Tech support couldn't help me, any help would be appreciated

This is the error I get when the transactions are being processed by QB...

Error Importing

Uh-oh, looks like we ran into some trouble importing this file at line Http failure response for https://ca.selfemployed.intuit.com/secure/txImportData/csvImport/1085240: 422 OK~Logged-in-ApiService.handleError~. Look for a date or an amount that shows odd formatting. Correct it and try again.

Hi userjoe3,

Getting error messages while uploading your transactions can be a time-consuming experience. QuickBooks is a user-friendly program which enables you to complete your work faster and I'll be happy to help make sure you experience that.

First, it's important to make sure you're using the correct method for uploading transactions. I trust that you've done that on your end and for future reference, here's a helpful article which elaborates more on how to: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed. You're more than welcome to review the article again if you need to as it shows you how to upload transactions. Otherwise, I recommend  using a private/incognito window and see if you're getting the error as this may be a browser related issue.

If you're still having issues, don't hesitate to reach back to me. I'll be one message away.

HI, you have misunderstood my issue. I am trying to upload transactions that are older than 90 days. Therefore I have to export my bank transactions into a CSV file, as I had stated earlier. When I do an Import transactions>>Import Older Transactions, I browse and locate the CSV file of my transactions and upload it. QB will then list the transactions, and then the final step is to select Continue. That's when I get this error message....

Regardless if I go into incognito mode, I receive the same results.
There seems to be an error in your code, and I need someone to take this issue seriously. I have spent a lot of time educating myself and using your application only to find there to be a big flaw.
