What's Batch action "Accept Selected" used for?

Is it the same as "Add"

I know "Add" will create a new post in QBO.

From the Batch Actions menu I understand "Exclude" and "Modify"

Hi DEBookkeeping,

Understanding the ins-and-outs of QuickBooks Online is so important in order for you to take advantage of all the great time-saving tools offered. The Batch Actions tool in the bank feed is used to Exclude, Modify, or Accept multiple transactions at once, making your life so much easier. I'd be happy to clarify what "Accept Selected" will do for you.

You're right on track! When you select multiple transactions in the bank feed, then click Batch Actions > Accept Selected, all transactions chosen will be added into QuickBooks. This is the best way to save yourself the hassle of adding transactions one-by-one.

For more information about the bank feed transactions, check out this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I hope this helps get you back on track.

Enjoy the rest of your day.
