Question

When trying to access payroll and get a message 502 Bad Gateway. I have tried using Firefox and Chrome. No success with either.

I appreciate you for trying to access payroll using other browsers.

 

I've checked and and verified that there's ongoing payroll issue. Our product engineers are currently working on a permanent fix.  

 

Thus, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to add you as one of the affected users and notification list. You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern like getting 502 bad gateway when trying to access payroll. 
  4. Then, click Let's Talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.

I'll also send a reply here if there's any available information for the investigation.

Hi poirier-donna, The payroll investigation has been resolved by our product engineers. You should be able to run your payroll now. Thanks for your patience while we're working to fix this for you.
