When trying to use the + sign to open a new tab, I encounter an error

Hey there derek24,

 

It sounds like you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac to access your account. This access point can help keep your work flowing so you don't have to worry about using a browser and with options like being able to use the + sign to open a new tab, it can help you do multiple things at once. When it comes to these kinds of errors when using the app for Windows or Mac, there are a few key troubleshooting steps you can take: clear the app cache, make sure the app is on the latest release, and uninstall then reinstall the app. Often, these steps get the app back in working order.

 

Clearing the cache and checking for updates can be done using the Help menu in the top menu bar of the app. In this case, I recommend the Reset app data and Check for updates options.
