When working on my tablet (iPad) is there a way for the screen to show up in landscape more - I have a keyboard attached and I have to work sideways - is there a way to fix this?

Being able to use QuickBooks Online the way you want is the corner stone of the program. Whether it be on your phone, tablet or computer you can always access it without issue. I'd be happy to go over how your tablets landscape mode works with QuickBooks Online.

When trying to use QuickBooks Online on a tablet and its flipped to landscape mode both the QuickBooks App or the website will both flip to landscape as well. The only time it doesn't switch is if the screen is locked. If the screen isn't locked and still won't flip to landscape mode I suggest contacting Apple as it may be an issue or setting in the iPad itself. You can get to Apples contact us page here.
