Where can I enter a default address for warehouse on PO's?

How do I add the warehouse shipping address on the Purchase Order? Is there a place to add the default address for the warehouse?

Glad to have you connect with us here. I'll be happy to show you how to edit the address that appears on your POs is QuickBooks.

 

The address that appears on your POs is the company address that can be found on your company settings. Here's how to edit it: 

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings. 
  3. Click Company from the left menu.
  4. Go to Address section and click the pencil icon.
  5. Update the address and click Save. 
  6. Click Done.
