While Exporting the transactions from Categorized .. The description is not coming on the Excel sheet

Being able to see all the information you need when exporting to excel is a great way to keep accurate documents. I'd be happy to go over exporting transactions to excel.

QuickBooks Online makes exporting your information as easy as a click of a button to help you get back to business. When exporting your transactions to excel the description tab will be empty. This is due to the information not being able to be exported to excel from the transaction. You can export the items from your item list to include their descriptions.

If you wish to have this information included when exporting to excel I recommend sending feedback to our developers by following these steps: 

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once our developers receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
