Thanks for reaching out to us here. Getting you the support you need is our top priority. With that being said, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser, as it may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. 

If you're still receiving the error message once you've tried the steps I've provided, I suggest reaching out to your accountant to ensure the entries have been entered correctly. You can add your accountant to your books by following the steps in this article.
